KIPP Public Schools Northern California is seeking a full-time teacher to deliver engaging lessons, plan curriculum, and analyze data to support student growth across our school sites in the Bay Area. Qualifications

• Hold a B.A/B.S degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Meet one of the following eligibility requirements: hold a valid teaching credential, eligibility for a Provisional Internship Permit, or eligibility for a Short Term Staff Permit.

Responsibilities

• Daily lesson planning aligned with KIPP's academic vision and goals.
• Analyze data regularly to identify student trends and inform instruction.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, rigorous classroom environment with Restorative Practices and Social Emotional Learning.
• Implement culturally responsive classroom management to ensure a safe learning environment for all students.
• Communicate with staff, students, families, and stakeholders to foster partnerships.
