Job summary

The Coordinator will manage admin tasks, plan programming, handle inventory records, CMS data, and web content, while assisting with social media content and outreach to collectors and interior design clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Museum Studies, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience with gallery/museum or arts marketing environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with ArtCloud and Artsy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative office duties, including email correspondence and contracts.
• Develop programming for exhibitions and curate ongoing programming.
• Maintain document organization across CMS platforms (Google Drive, ArtCloud, Artsy).
• Greet visitors and provide exhibition information; assist with art advisory and acquisitions.
