Job summary

Responsibilities include leading the team, planning workload, meeting KPIs, overseeing inventory and safety programs, and acting as MOD. Experience in retail management and framing is preferred; weekend and evening hours apply.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs; ensure compliance to laws and standards.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time; plan workload with the Store Manager.
• Achieve KPI targets and manage framing team KPIs.
• Review sales and production workload; plan sales floor time.
• Oversee inventory, shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching and training of new team members; support Talent Development; participate in Performance Mgmt. activities.
• Collaborate with MODs on framing expectations; promote company vision and values.
• Participate in truck unloading and stocking; maintain SOPs and safe environment.
• Assist customers; support Omni-channel processes.
