Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing artwork inventories.
• Background in a gallery, auction house, museum, or corporate art collection setting preferred.
• Working knowledge of domestic and international art shipping, logistics, and compliance regulations.
• Foundational knowledge of professional art handling and installation methods.
• Exceptional organizational skills and proactive, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 100% accurate tracking of current and planned artwork locations and conduct quarterly reconciliations with storage vendors.
• Create installation diagrams, guidelines, and elevations to guide local markets and vendors.
• Maintain financial records, track asset value changes, and provide reports to Finance and LVMH for insurance and asset assessment.
