Qualifications

• Working knowledge of domestic and international art shipping, logistics, and compliance regulations.
• Foundational knowledge of professional art handling and installation methods.
• Exceptional organizational skills, high information accuracy, and a proactive, collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate tracking of current and planned artwork locations, coordinating with storage vendors for quarterly reconciliations.
• Create layout diagrams, installation guidelines, and architectural elevations to guide local markets and vendors.
• Maintain financial records, track asset value changes, and provide accurate reporting to Finance and LVMH for insurance and asset assessment.
