TechTriad is seeking a Contract Payments Specialist in the United States to ensure timely processing of transactions with high quality. The role requires working on a set schedule providing 24/7 coverage for customers.

The candidate will support banking services, settlements, and regulatory compliance while handling inquiries and monthly/weekly reporting. Weekend availability and experience in banking environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or 5-10 years practical work experience.
• Experience in Banking or Financial institutions.
• Fulfill weekend coverage requirements.
• Experience with Mainframe and Windows Distributed systems.
• Attention to detail to meet policies and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Knowledge of clearing and settlement functions.
• Operations background with trade processing, settlement, reporting and regulations.
• Maintain operations documentation and procedures.
• Banking systems knowledge including credit/debit cards and EMV.

Responsibilities

• Execute bank settlements and cut-offs.
• Respond to inquiries timely and accurately.
• Follow scheduled activities and meet critical timelines.
• Provide functional support for in-house applications.
• Respond to NACHA and ECCHO standards inquiries.
• Handle settlement reconciliation inquiries for CHIPS, ACH, SVPCO, RTP.
• Resolve issues using the internal issue tracking system.
• Support weekend testing when assigned.
• Escalate to SMEs and management when needed.
• Maintain and create reports for management and customers.
