Accounting Search is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization in Washington. This full-time permanent role supports the Patient Centered Medical Home model and collaborates with physicians, PAs and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care across a diverse patient population.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program required.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington required.
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State required.
• Experience in a broad primary care clinic setting required.
• Experience in minor surgical techniques preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans to support patients’ health goals.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain chart documentation within 48 hours, 95% of the time.
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel health.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and treatment plans to patients prior to execution.
• Participate in quality management and clinical education of staff.
