Accounting Search is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization in Washington. This role operates within the Patient Centered Medical Home model and collaborates with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care.

Responsibilities include performing advanced clinical assessments, managing illnesses, maintaining chart documentation, and providing care coordination.

Qualifikationen

• ARNP program graduation is required.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington state.
• Prescriptive authority in Washington state.
• Experience in broad primary care clinic settings required.
• Experience with minor surgical techniques preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).

Aufgaben

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patients.
• Use independent clinical judgment in patient care decisions.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48 hours, 95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with accurate diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (3,400 encounters/year full-time).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor population health.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and treatment plans to patients.
• Participate in quality management and peer review.
• Support clinical education of student nurse practitioners.
• Maintain required annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
