Job summary

Markent Personnel seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered primary care team in Washington state. The ARNP will work closely with physicians, PAs, and nursing staff within the PCMH model to ensure comprehensive, evidence-based patient care across diverse populations.

The role emphasizes teaching, care coordination, and strong clinical judgment, with relocation assistance and a full set of benefits.

Qualifications

• ARNP program graduate is required.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington is required.
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State is required.
• Experience in broad primary care clinic setting is required.
• Experience in minor surgical techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans to support patients' health goals.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48 hours, 95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with matching diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk patient populations and monitor panel-specific health.
• Empower patients through self-management education and discharge planning.
• Advocate for patients by explaining procedures and treatment plans prior to execution.
• Participate in quality management, peer review, and practice development.
• Support clinical education of student nurse practitioners.
• Maintain all required annual training (HIPAA, Cultural Diversity, BBP, Sexual Harassment).
