Job summary

Markent Personnel is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare team in Washington. This permanent, full-time role operates in a PCMH model, collaborating with physicians, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care across diverse patients.

The ARNP will perform advanced assessments, manage illnesses, develop teaching plans, document accurately, and support care coordination and population health.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program.
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in Washington.
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State.
• Experience in broad primary care clinic setting.
• Experience in minor surgical techniques is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patients.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain timely chart documentation, within 48 hours, 95% of the time.
• Assist with coding and fee slips with accurate diagnoses.
• Meet productivity expectations (3,400 encounters/year full-time).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel health.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and treatment plans to patients before execution.
• Support quality management and education of staff and students.
