Sterling St James Inc. in Washington state is seeking an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based healthcare organization.

This full-time role operates within the Patient Centered Medical Home model, collaborating with physicians, ARNPs, PAs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality, comprehensive care across diverse patient populations. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program (required).
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington (required).
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State (required).
• Experience practicing in a broad primary care clinic setting (required).
• Experience in minor surgical techniques (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff on patient care management.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans to support patients in achieving and maintaining health.
• Use sound clinical judgment in patient care decisions based on evidence-based data.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48-hour timeline, 95% of the time).
• Complete fee slips with matching diagnosis and procedure codes.
• Meet productivity expectations (minimum 3,400 encounters per year, full-time equivalent).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles as part of the PCMH model.
