Job summary

Accounting Search seeks an experienced Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner to join a patient-centered, community-based clinic in Washington. This full-time, permanent role operates within the Patient Centered Medical Home model and partners with physicians, PAs, ARNPs, and nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ARNP program (required).
• Current RN and ARNP licensure in the State of Washington (required).
• Prescriptive authority from Washington State (required).
• Experience in a broad primary care clinic setting (required).
• Surgical techniques experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced clinical assessments and manage illnesses within ARNP scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, ARNPs and nursing staff on patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized teaching plans for patients.
• Maintain timely chart documentation (within 48 hours, 95% of the time).
• Achieve productivity of at least 3,400 encounters per year (FT).
• Provide care coordination through daily huddles in the PCMH model.
• Identify at-risk populations and monitor panel health.
• Educate patients for self-management and discharge planning.
• Explain procedures and treatment plans prior to execution.
• Support quality management, peer review, and staff education.
