Job summary

INTECON is hiring a Program Manager to lead on-site support to the Army National Guard G8 RMIC program at Arlington Hall Station in Arlington, VA. You will serve as the on-site lead for contractor staff and act as the single authority for contract matters, delivering a governance framework and regular briefings to senior Army National Guard leadership.

The role requires 12+ years of federal program management, DoD financial management or internal control leadership, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, public administration, or a related field.
• Twelve or more years of federal program management experience, including DoD financial management or internal control leadership.
• Working knowledge of OMB Circular A-123, FMFIA, and the GAO Green Book.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and document internal controls within federal environments.
• Experience delivering briefings and status reporting to senior Government leadership.
• Ability to perform on site at Arlington Hall Station, Arlington, VA, 0800–1700 EST, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site lead for contractor staff and as the contract's single authority for daily operations.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive RMIC Program framework and governance structure.
• Define and map roles and responsibilities for RMIC stakeholders and establish procedures.
• Deliver recurring briefings to senior Army National Guard leadership on status and risks.
• Provide technical and analytical support to government planning and execution.
• Prepare and submit the Monthly Status Report to the COR on the 15th of each month.
• Develop the annual project management plan with milestones and training sessions.
• Work through the COR to resolve issues and ensure contract scope compliance.
• Report contractor labor hours annually via Service Contract Reporting to the Government.
• Attend post-award conferences and periodic progress meetings.
