Job summary

Redhawk Administrative Services, LLC is seeking a Program Manager/Contract Manager onsite in Arlington, VA to lead the Army National Guard RMIC program. You will direct all task areas, interface with government stakeholders, and ensure cost, schedule, performance, and quality.

The role requires 15+ years of DoD financial management or audit readiness, PMP certification, an active Secret clearance, and management of contracts exceeding $10M in value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience managing DoD financial management or audit readiness programs.
• Experience managing contracts exceeding $10M in total value.

Responsibilities

• Direct overall contract execution across all task areas, with accountability for cost, schedule, performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as executive interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, and RMF Division leadership.
• Maintain the Integrated Master Schedule and risk/issue/action log; ensure deliverables meet government standards.
• Provide budget oversight and financial execution management, including subcontractor cost control.
