Job summary

Stantec GS seeks an entrepreneurial Army/USACE Client Working Group Lead to develop and execute strategies, build and maintain relationships across the Army/USACE ecosystem, and lead pursuit and execution of major contracts and programs. You will collaborate with Stantec GS leadership, business units, and US Federal staff to expand opportunities and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field (Architecture, Environmental Science, or related disciplines).
• Advanced degree in related field preferred.
• Engineering or Architectural registration preferred but not required.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of Army/USACE installations/facilities experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategies to grow the Army/USACE account and position Stantec as the go-to provider.
• Engage Army/USACE leadership to understand upcoming business and teaming opportunities.
• Coordinate with GS leadership and US Federal staff to pursue opportunities and execute Army/USACE work.
• Perform program management, QA, and related activities for projects.
• Represent Stantec in outreach with professional societies and organizations linked to Army/USACE.
