Zusammenfassung

Stantec GS is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to head the Army/USACE Account, collaborating with Stantec GS and US Federal leaders to win and execute major Army/USACE contracts. You will drive strategy, build relationships, and manage programs across the Army/USACE portfolio.

You will lead a team of professionals, travel to manage efforts across the US, Alaska, Hawaii and selected installations worldwide, and mentor staff in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a closely related field, including Architecture, Environmental Science, or other relevant scientific disciplines.
• Advanced degree in a related field, preferred.
• Engineering or Architectural registration is preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience with Army/USACE installations/facilities.

• Leadership to develop, support, and execute the Stantec GS Army/USACE Account.
• Engage Army/USACE leadership to understand upcoming business and teaming opportunities.
• Engage Stantec GS Business Unit Leaders and senior leadership to pursue opportunities.
• Seek and enhance small business relationships within the U.S. Federal small business community.
• Seek and enhance favorable relationships with strategic partners within the U.S. Federal planning and engineering community.
• Assist in strategic planning activities for US Federal Program including acquisitions.
• Perform Program Management, QA, and related activities.
• Represent Stantec with outreach efforts to professional societies and organizations linked to Army/USACE.
