Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Entrepreneurial leader to head the Army/USACE Account, develop strategies, and coordinate with Stantec GS and US Federal leaders. You will foster relationships across Army/USACE organizations, plan major programs, and guide teams to successful pursuit and execution of contracts.

Requires 15+ years with Army/USACE, strong leadership, and proven business development capabilities. Travel across the US and selected installations is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience with Army/USACE installations/facilities.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of Army/USACE procurement processes and SF330 familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Army/USACE Account development and execution strategies.
• Engage Army/USACE leadership to identify opportunities and position Stantec for success.
• Coordinate with Stantec GS and US Federal staff to pursue and execute Army/USACE work.
