Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the US federal marketplace and A/E industry.
• Proven record winning major A/E contracts and/or other major program contracts including Design Build.
• Strong relationship building, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Ability to translate visionary guidance into strategic planning and tactical execution.
• Lead and support initiatives and growth within a collaborative framework and team setting.
• Led high-value pursuits/proposals with superior outcomes.
• Advanced communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments with pursuit focus.
• Willingness to travel across the US (~40–50%).
• 15+ years of related work experience; 10+ years in the US Federal market.

Responsibilities

• Provide capture leadership on multiple federal opportunities, including go/no go leadership and proposal support.
• Develop and execute detailed capture plans to win opportunities.
• Foster collaboration between account managers and marketing for high-quality proposals.
• Build networks of internal and external relationships to expand strategic teaming.
• Participate in US Federal Strategic Planning and implement related initiatives.
• Develop and implement win strategies including client interviews.
• Conduct go/no-go assessments to determine feasibility of pursuing opportunities.
• Contribute to the growth of the federal sector and strategic planning.
• Make decisions using critical thinking and organizational values.
• Travel across the US as needed (~40–50%).
