Job summary

Stantec is seeking a US Federal Growth Leader to drive capture, strategy, and growth across federal accounts nationwide and in the US West geography. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape proposals, and build strategic relationships to win major opportunities.

The role requires deep federal market knowledge, a strong record of winning large contracts, and the ability to guide teams through complex pursuits while traveling ~40–50% across the US.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
• Proven track record in winning major A/E contracts and/or large program procurements.
• Ability to translate strategic guidance into actionable plans and pursue opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide capture leadership on multiple federal opportunities including go/no go decisions, budget planning, strategy and win-themes.
• Develop and execute detailed capture plans to win opportunities.
• Foster collaboration between account managers and marketing for high-quality proposals.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships to expand teaming and opportunities.
• Represent major funded government programs and implement related strategic initiatives.
• Lead development of win strategies, client interviews, and proposal preparation.
• Conduct go/no-go assessments to determine pursuit feasibility.
