Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Army TAP, career counseling, transition assistance, workforce development, or related field.
• Experience coordinating schedules, personnel, stakeholder activities, and customer-facing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, including staffing, scheduling, facilities coordination, and service delivery.
• Serve as principal contractor point of contact for Government personnel and local stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, financial counseling, Capstone activities, and hiring events.
• Ensure services align with curriculum, Army policies, performance standards, and class-size requirements.
• Supervise counselors and liaison personnel, including workload assignments and training compliance.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, and site-level reporting; ensure data accuracy.
