Job summary

CALIBRE Systems Inc. seeks a Contract Installation Manager (CIM) to lead Army TAP operations at an assigned installation. You will serve as the primary contractor contact for Government and command stakeholders, ensuring service quality, compliance, and seamless transition services for Soldiers.

The role demands strong leadership, staff supervision, and the ability to coordinate workshops, counseling, and related activities. Ft. Rucker, Alabama-based, full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Army TAP in career counseling or related fields.
• Experience coordinating schedules, personnel and stakeholder activities.
• Experience supporting program execution and operational management.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor performance and apply corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, staffing, scheduling, facilities, flow and service delivery.
• Serve as principal contractor point of contact for Installation TAP Manager and government stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling, financial counseling, Capstone activities, hiring events, and transitions.
• Ensure services align with curriculum, Army policies, class sizes and customer service expectations.
• Supervise counselors and liaison staff, including workload, leave, training, and performance management.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, data entry, case docs, and site reporting requirements.
• Provide weekly operational updates to Regional Leadership on progress and risks.
• Resolve site-level issues involving facilities, equipment, access, scheduling, and coordination.
• Support hiring, onboarding, CAC/badging activities, and knowledge transfer efforts.
• Perform Transition Counselor duties as needed for continuity.
