Job summary

CALIBRE Systems, Inc. seeks a Contract Installation Manager (CIM) to lead Army Transition Assistance Program operations at a U.S. installation and to serve as the primary contractor point of contact for local Government and command stakeholders.

The CIM supervises staff, ensures service quality, monitors performance, and maintains compliance with Army TAP requirements and contract standards, delivering uninterrupted transition services to Soldiers.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage with Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Experience overseeing program operations and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, including staffing, scheduling and service delivery.
• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for Government personnel and leadership.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, and transition activities.
• Ensure services align with curriculum, policies, and performance standards.
• Supervise counselors and liaison staff, including workload and training.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, data entry, and site reporting.
• Provide weekly operational updates to Regional Leadership.
• Resolve site-level issues with facilities, equipment, and access.
• Support hiring, onboarding, CAC/badging, and knowledge transfer.
• Perform Transition Counselor duties as needed.
