CALIBRE Systems Inc. is seeking a Contract Installation Manager (CIM) to support Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) at an assigned installation.

The CIM is the primary contractor representative, overseeing TAP operations and coordinating with Government personnel, command leadership, and community stakeholders. The successful candidate must exhibit strong leadership, customer service, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliant

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily TAP Center operations, staffing, scheduling, and service delivery.
• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for Government personnel and stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, and transition activities.
• Ensure services align with curriculum, policies, and performance standards.
• Supervise counselors, manage workloads, and monitor performance.
• Maintain attendance, appointments, and site-level reporting.
• Provide weekly operational updates to Regional Leadership.
• Resolve site-level issues related to facilities and access.
