CALIBRE Systems, Inc. is seeking a Contract Installation Manager (CIM) to support the Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) at Fort Polk South, LA.

The CIM leads daily TAP operations, serving as the primary contractor contact with Government personnel and command leadership to ensure high-quality service delivery for Soldiers transitioning to civilian life. The role requires strong leadership, customer service, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Experience coordinating government-sponsored programs and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, including staffing and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Government personnel, command leadership and local stakeholders.
• Oversee workshops, counseling sessions, and transition support services.
• Ensure services align with Army TAP policies and curriculum.
• Supervise counselors and liaison staff, assign workloads and monitor performance.
• Provide weekly updates to Regional Leadership on progress and risks.
• Support hiring, onboarding, CAC and badging activities.
• Maintain accurate records and site-level reporting.
