Job summary

CALIBRE is seeking a Contract Installation Manager to support the Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) at an assigned installation. You will lead day-to-day TAP operations, coordinate with Government personnel and leadership, and ensure high-quality transition services for Soldiers preparing to move to civilian life.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills, plus experience managing staff, performance, and compliance with Army TAP requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) in career counseling, transition assistance, workforce development, or related field.
• Experience coordinating schedules, personnel, stakeholder activities, and customer-facing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, including staffing, scheduling, facilities coordination, and service delivery.
• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for Government personnel, Installation TAP Manager, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, financial counseling, Capstone activities, and hiring events.
• Ensure services align with curriculum, Army policies, performance standards, class-size requirements, and customer expectations.
• Supervise counselors and liaison personnel, including workload and performance management.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, feedback, data entry, and site reporting.
• Provide weekly updates to Regional Leadership on accomplishments, risks, and resource needs.
• Resolve site-level issues involving facilities, equipment, access, and scheduling.
• Support hiring, onboarding, CAC and badging activities, and knowledge transfer.
