Job summary

CALIBRE Systems Inc. is seeking a Contract Installation Manager to support Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) operations at an assigned installation.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality transition services, coordinating with government personnel, and supervising TAP staff to ensure seamless support for Soldiers transitioning to civilian life. The CIM will lead day-to-day operations, manage staffing and scheduling, and maintain compliance with Army TAP requirements and contract

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience with Army Transition Assistance Program (TAP) or similar transition support.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience coordinating schedules, personnel, stakeholder activities, and customer-facing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily TAP Center operations, including staffing, scheduling, facilities, customer flow, and service delivery.
• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for Government personnel, command representatives, and local stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops, counseling sessions, financial counseling, Capstone activities, and hiring events.
• Ensure services align with curriculum, Army policies, and performance standards.
• Supervise and support counselors and liaison personnel, including workload assignments and training compliance.
• Monitor attendance, appointments, data entry, and site reporting requirements.
• Provide weekly operational updates to Regional Leadership on accomplishments and risks.
• Identify and resolve site-level issues related to facilities, equipment, and access.
• Support hiring, onboarding, CAC/badging, and knowledge transfer efforts.
• Perform Transition Counselor duties as needed to maintain service continuity.
