Job summary

Telos Corporation is seeking a Network Support Technician based at Fort Huachuca, AZ, to support the US Army AGUN program. You will ensure 24x7 operations, perform policy changes, and manage tickets to sustain the Army’s secure enterprise network.

Ideal candidates hold a DoD IAT II certification, experience with Cisco SD-WAN, RHEL Linux, VMware, and ITSM tools, with strong communication and teamwork to maintain high availability across geographically distributed environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 2+ years.
• Active DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+) or higher before start date.
• CE certification within six months of hire.
• Experience with Cisco SD-WAN environments.
• Knowledge of SDN concepts and technologies.
• VMware experience.
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• InfoVista network performance tools.
• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools (JIRA Service Desk).

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7x365 AGUN operations support to the GCC.
• Implement network policy and configuration changes.
• Triage and update ITSM tickets in JIRA and other platforms.
• Provide status updates on ticket resolution and operations.
• Escalate issues to higher tiers as needed.
• Assist in legacy environment discovery and network modernization.
• Deliver Tier II support for the Army's global network.
• Analyze performance and optimize capacity and reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues across dispersed environments.
• Support network migration and integration activities.
