Job summary

A3T (Agil3 Technology Solutions) seeks a Systems Administrator/Systems Engineer to support NETCOM/DODIN networks at Fort Huachuca, AZ. You will help design, implement, and sustain desktop collaboration services across NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and deployed environments.

The role requires 8–10 years IT experience, DoD IAT Level II, and a Secret clearance. Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of experience in the information technology field.
• DoD 8570.1‑M Certification: IAT Level II Certification.
• Computing Environment Certification, Microsoft Associate Certification (or equivalent).
• Clearance: Secret (company may sponsor).

Responsibilities

• Provide support to operational organizations supporting RFCs and IAVA compliance.
• Support integration to Army 365 and external systems via approved data standards.
• Participate in design reviews of NetOps capabilities and related work products.
• Provide integration, engineering, testing, analysis and operational support for interoperability issues.
• Manage incidents and problems; verify and apply known solutions.

Systems Administrator/Systems Engineer

Location: Fort Huachuca, AZ.

Job Description: Provide services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) and the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN) for the NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and Deployed Forces (DF). Support design, development, engineering, integration, and operational support for desktop collaboration and productivity services such as voice, video, email, chat, data storage, documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities and Skills

• Provide support to operational organizations supporting RFCs and IAVA compliance.
• Support re‑engineering efforts required by integration to GNE AD and other systems external to Army 365 via approved data standards such as Remedy/ITSM, NetMan, HBSS, ACAS/REM/Retina, and DoD VMS.
• Participate in strategy sessions, strategic assessments, and design reviews of NetOps capabilities to validate enterprise approach and associated work products.
• Provide technical integration, engineering, test, analysis and operational support to identify interoperability issues related to enterprise capabilities or network design, Active Directory, and identity management as it relates to Tier III problem resolution.
• Manage incidents and problems; confirm validity of issues and problems; seek known solutions related to more complex issues.
• Experience with Microsoft Enterprise products and tools.
• Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of Microsoft Visio.
• Excellent technical writing, critical thinking/analytical, oral and written communication skills.
• Current understanding of Army Enterprise LWN capabilities, tools, procedures, and operational constructs.
