Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a First Line Supervisor (Contingency) to lead maintenance and sustainment teams supporting TACOM programs. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, and personnel performance to ensure safety, quality, and timely execution in a demanding defense environment.

The role requires a strong logistics background, supervisory experience, and the ability to work on-site in a military contractor setting. Contingent upon award and security clearance as applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent logistics experience.
• Familiar with standard logistics concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plans weekly and monthly work schedules and sequences of operations for subordinates.
• Assigns tasks and selects workers; communicates work requirements and methods.
• Monitors progress, adjusts plans, and ensures safety, quality and productivity goals are met.
• Informs higher level supervisors about schedule changes, resource estimates, and staffing needs.
• Develops performance standards and conducts informal/formal appraisals.
