Job summary

KBR is seeking a Front Line Supervisor to lead maintenance and logistics teams supporting TACOM-managed systems. You will schedule, assign, and monitor work to ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years in logistics, with readiness to obtain a US government security clearance. This position is contingent upon award and involves coordination across units to meet mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in logistics or related field.
• Logistics management experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• Supervisor should be familiar with standard logistics concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly and monthly work schedules for subordinates.
• Establish deadlines and priorities based on general schedules and policies.
• Determine concurrent assignments and staffing needs.
• Coordinate work with related functions controlled by other supervisors.
• Inform higher levels about schedule changes and resource estimates.
• Participate in planning current and future schedules and budgets.
• Select workers and assign tasks to be performed.
• Explain work requirements and train subordinates in new procedures.
• Review progress and results, and address issues to improve productivity.
• Identify causes of problems and implement corrective actions within authority.
• Adjust plans to achieve effective and economical outcomes.
• Ensure required equipment, supplies, and maintenance are available.
