Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans weekly/monthly work schedules and sequences of operations for maintenance teams.
• Coordinates work with related units and ensures safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitors performance, provides coaching, and conducts informal/formal performance reviews.
• Ensures proper use of Army Technical Manuals, safety standards, and contract requirements.
• Maintains production records and supports budget and staffing estimates.
