Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Front Line Supervisor (Contingency) to lead maintenance, sustainment, and logistics teams under the TACOM program. The role emphasizes safe, efficient work in line with Army standards and contract requirements, contributing to mission readiness and performance metrics.

The position is contingent upon award and requires coordinating with multiple units, scheduling, and supervising personnel to ensure quality and productivity in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Logistics Management experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• Supervisor should be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the logistics field.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Plans weekly and monthly work schedules and sequences of operations for subordinates.
• Establishes deadlines and priorities based on general work schedules, methods, and policies.
• Coordinates work with related functions controlled by other supervisors.
• Develops performance standards and counsels employees on performance.
