Responsibilities

• Plans weekly/monthly work schedules and sequences for subordinates.
• Coordinates work with other units and informs higher supervisors of needed changes.
• Develops performance standards and conducts coaching and formal/informal appraisals.
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance with Army standards and KBR policies.
