Job summary

The Front Line Supervisor (Contingency) role under TACOM is a first-level leadership position at KBR. You will oversee maintenance, sustainment, and logistics tasks for TACOM-managed systems, ensuring tasks are done safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Army standards and contractual requirements.

The role requires coordinating work, monitoring performance, and meeting quality and productivity objectives. This is a contingent position based on award and mission needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related experience.
• Logistics management experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis.
• Familiarity with Army maintenance documentation and readiness reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plans weekly and monthly work schedules and sequences of operations for subordinates.
• Establishes deadlines and priorities based on general work schedules and policies.
• Coordinates work with related functions controlled by other supervisors.
• Develops performance standards and counsels employees on performance.
