You will handle records, IPPS-A claims status, and accountability requests, following protocols with confidentiality and empathy.

Strong communication, listening, and multitasking are essential; bilingual abilities are a plus. This role requires familiarity with Army HR concepts and the IPPS-A program.

Qualifikationen

• High school Diploma/GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Understanding of military concepts and procedures required.
