Job summary

AECOM seeks an experienced Executive for our Army Account Team. This Client Account Manager role is part of the National Government’s DOD program, reporting to the Defense Director.

The CAM will drive growth, manage client relationships, and lead strategic initiatives across the Army account. The position offers leadership of cross-functional teams, frequent interaction with senior stakeholders, and a flexible US location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline required.
• 15+ years of experience with US Federal government agencies on A/E programs incl. leadership roles.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Army account, developing growth strategies and client plans.
• Maintain pipelines, bookings, and monthly performance across the account.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to win task orders and contracts.
