Job summary

AECOM seeks an experienced Executive for our Army Account Team as a Client Account Manager (CAM) within National Governments. The role focuses on client development leadership, long-term relationships, and growth across the DOD Army Team. Location is flexible within major US cities.

The CAM will drive account plans, manage pipeline in Salesforce, ensure FAR compliance, and coordinate with BL leaders to win task orders and contracts. US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or related disciplines.
• 15+ years of experience with US Federal government on Architect-Engineering programs.
• 6+ years in a leadership role.
• US citizenship is required.
• Willingness to travel across CONUS and some OCONUS locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of account plans and growth targets.
• Manage client relationships and cross-BL collaboration.
• Drive pursuit strategies and manage SF pipeline.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and responsible procurement.
• Lead program teams and align with regional leaders.
