AECOM seeks an experienced Executive for our Army Account Team. This Client Account Manager will lead growth for the DOD Army Team within National Governments, building relationships with stakeholders and guiding opportunity targets and pipeline development.

The CAM role demands strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex, multi-region contracts while collaborating across business lines and operating geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or related discipline.
• In-depth knowledge of consultative selling approaches.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• CRM (Salesforce) experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic plans and manage account direction for the Army program.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and lead cross-functional engagement.
• Monitor performance and ensure alignment of bookings with projections.
• Lead client relations and ensure compliance across programs.
