Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a first-line manager of software sales teams with growth potential.
• 5+ years of direct quota-carrying software or SaaS enterprise sales in large accounts.
• 3+ years of direct sales to US Federal Government/DoD in software, cybersecurity, observability, data analytics, or cloud.
• Experience aligning Account Executives, Systems Engineers, and channel partners to execute field strategy.
• Willingness to travel up to 40–50% within territory.
• Active US Government security clearance (Secret/Top Secret/TS/SCI) or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead the PBST US Army sales team and coordinate with technical resources and inside sales.
• Consistently deliver licenses, support, and service revenue targets on time.
• Perform territory mapping, account planning, and opportunity management.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with large enterprises by selling value and ROI.
• Collaborate with inside sales and partners for optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Utilize sales engineering and in-house/partner resources to close deals.
