Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years supporting senior Government Officials.
• Experience supporting Political Appointees, SES or Flag/General Officers.
• Proficiency preparing travel documents and managing authorizations in the Defense Travel System (DTS).
• Strong writing, editing, and executive communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and experience supporting senior Government Officials.
• Knowledge of Army Secretariat administrative procedures and executive support protocols.
• Ability to proactively manage taskings, logistics, and operational challenges.
