Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Transit Security Site Supervisor in Fort Lauderdale to oversee delivery of security services and coordinate staff at the client site. You will liaise with customers and operations managers, coaching officers and ensuring disciplined performance.

The role requires prior law enforcement or military background, D and G licenses, and the ability to manage crises while maintaining high standards of customer service. Pay is $29.03 per hour and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must have prior law enforcement or military experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of security services for the assigned client.
• Act as liaison between customers, operations managers and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
