Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Transit Site Supervisor to oversee security services at the designated client location in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The role involves supervising site staff, coaching officers, and coordinating with Operations Managers to ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has prior law enforcement or military background, is 21+, able to pass a background check and drug screen, and possess strong communication and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Must have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional manner
• Must be 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• Background check and drug screen required by law
• Ability to operate scheduling and billing software to generate reports

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services to an assigned customer
• Act as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range
• Ensure staffing needs are communicated to Operations Manager and identified candidates
