Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Fort Lauderdale to lead the on-site security team, manage staffing, training, and daily operations to ensure contract compliance and high service quality.

You will oversee training, licensing, scheduling, payroll, incident reporting, and client communication while maintaining cost efficiency and safety. The role pays $20.00 per hour and offers full-time hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training/licensing.
• Pass licensing test if driving company-owned or client vehicle.
• Active-duty military, reserves, National Guard; Auxiliary Police/Police Cadets; 1 year supervisory security experience; or Associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations including staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and licensing elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset level designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance via regular inspections of personnel.
• Handle payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for subordinates and respond to client requests.
• Make emergency notifications and provide direction to subordinates.
