Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Armed Patrol Operations in Miami, FL to monitor and protect transit facilities and communities. The role requires armed duties, strong customer service, and adherence to safety procedures.

You will patrol, respond to incidents, deter unauthorized access, and document observations while supporting a welcoming environment. Minimum requirements include 3 years of relevant experience or a college degree, an armed guard card, and possibly baton and CPR

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, passengers, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations following procedures and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, and surrounding perimeters.
• Help deter unauthorized access and potential security concerns through visible presence and timely reporting.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities clearly and communicate to appropriate personnel.
