Qualifications

• 3+ years combined law enforcement, corrections, or military experience, or 5+ years armed security experience.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Texas Level III Armed Certification required.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Background investigation and drug screen as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and employees by following security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and with escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of store, exterior areas, parking lots, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or policy violations to management.
• Complete accurate reports and communicate with leadership and emergency responders as needed.
