Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Supervisor in Collins, MS to oversee on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, training, safety, and contract compliance. The role supports a dynamic team and ensures quality service for the client.

A valid driver’s license and state-required licensing are required. The position requires at least 1 year of supervisory security experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass state-required training or licensing.
• Pass state licensing test if driving a company vehicle.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed diligently (staffing, scheduling, on-site training).
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS.
• Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by inspecting personnel and performance.
• Perform payroll, review incident reports, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
