The role acts as liaison between site leadership and security officers, delivering coaching and maintaining discipline within policy, while ensuring high-quality client service. Requirements include 3+ years of security supervisory experience, an active Armed Guard card, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and efficiently.
• Communicate staffing needs on shift to management.
• Ensure officers receive training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Ensure appropriate training and development of staff.
• Manage uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicles at the account.
