Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Shift Supervisor in Fishersville, Virginia. You will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift, acting as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.

Requirements include 21+ years old with a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle crises. A background check and drug screen are required. This is a full-time role paying $24.40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Background investigation and drug screen required.
• Display exceptional customer service and professional demeanor.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate client-site wireless technology.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Communicate staffing needs on shift to Account Manager or Operations Manager.
• Ensure officers receive appropriate training and development.
• Administer site safety programs and hazard awareness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within policy.
• Assist in managing uniforms, equipment, supplies and vehicles at the account.
