Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and spoken communication with the public.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Background check and a drug screen required by law.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with basic computer interfaces at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Ability to report staffing needs to management.
• Ensure officers receive training and development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate service delivery on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor and Account Manager/Field Operations Manager.
• Coach, recognize and discipline officers within empowerment range.
• Ensure adherence to client site procedures and safety protocols.
• Assist Account or Operations Manager to manage uniforms, equipment, and vehicles.
