Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• Background check and a drug screen required by law.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly on client site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of services on the assigned shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Ops Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Ensure officers receive appropriate training and development.
• Communicate staffing needs on shift to management.
• Maintain safety programs and site-specific hazard awareness.
